Listen, we get it. Sometimes you buy something at 2 AM and realize by 2 PM that leopard print doesn’t actually count as a neutral in your office (though we beg to differ). You can receive a store credit. Read how below.
The 14-Day "Getting to Know You" Period
You have 14 days from the moment your package hits your doorstep to decide if it’s true love. If it’s not, you’ve got to let us know. After 14 days, it’s officially part of your family.
The "Golden Rule" of Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be in the same condition you got it: unworn, unused, tag-intact, and smelling like "new clothes" rather than "Friday night tacos." We also need that receipt or proof of purchase—think of it as the golden ticket.

Damages & "Wait, This Isn't What I Ordered"
Check your goodies as soon as they arrive! If something is damaged, defective, or we accidentally sent you a tutu instead of trousers, tell us immediately so we can make it right.
The "No-Go" Zone
We can’t take everything back. These items are yours forever:

Perishables: (Flowers, food, or anything that wilts).

Personal Stuff: Beauty products or custom/personalized orders.

The Scary Stuff: Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (why are you mailing us gas?!).

The Bargains: Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
The Quick Switch (Exchanges)
The fastest way to get what you actually wanted is to return the original item. Once that return is accepted, just hop back online and buy the new piece before someone else snags it!
