Leopard & Lace: The "Fine Print" (That’s Actually Readable)
OVERVIEW: Welcome to the Jungle
Welcome to Leopard & Lace Boutique! When we say "we," "us," or "our," we’re talking about ourselves (obviously). This website is our digital kingdom, powered by Shopify, and by hanging out here, you’re agreeing to our rules. If you don't like these terms, you should probably head out—but we’d much rather you stay and look fabulous.
1. Who’s Allowed in the Club?
By shopping here, you’re saying you’re at least the age of majority where you live. If you’re letting your kids use your account to buy leopard print leggings, that’s on you. Also, keep your password a secret! If your cat accidentally orders five lace tops because you left your laptop open, you’re still responsible for the bill.
2. What You See Isn't Always What You Get (Exactly)
We try our best to make sure the photos look exactly like the clothes. However, because every computer screen has its own "personality," that "vibrant red" might look slightly more "sunset crimson" when it arrives. Also, we reserve the right to stop selling anything at any time—don't let that dream dress sit in your cart too long!
3. The "Offer" (Ordering)
When you click "buy," you’re making us an offer. We don't officially accept it until we process your payment and ship it out. If we have to cancel an order (maybe we ran out of stock or our system had a hiccup), we’ll let you know via the email you gave us. Also, please buy for yourself—no "commercial reselling" unless we've talked about it first!
4. Money Matters
Prices can change faster than fashion trends. What you see at checkout is what you pay. Please make sure your credit card info is actually yours and up to date. If your card gets declined, we can’t send you the goods—simple as that!
5. The Waiting Game (Shipping)
Once we hand your package over to the mail carrier, it’s literally out of our hands. We aren't responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or the carrier deciding to take the scenic route.
6. Hands Off Our Stuff (Intellectual Property)
Everything on this site—the logos, the photos, the witty descriptions—belongs to Leopard & Lace. You can use the site for your own shopping, but don't go copying our designs or photos for your own business. That’s a major fashion faux pas (and illegal).
7. Third-Party "Extras"
Sometimes we provide links to other tools or websites. We don't own them, and we don't control them. If you click a link and end up in a weird corner of the internet, don’t blame us!
8. Your Feedback
If you send us a brilliant idea or a glowing review, we might use it! By sending it, you’re giving us a "forever license" to show it off. Just keep it kind—no bullying, no viruses, and no impersonating your neighbor.
9. Oops, We Made a Mistake
Every now and then, there might be a typo on the site—like a price that says $0.01 instead of $10.00. We reserve the right to fix those mistakes and even cancel orders if the info was wrong. We’re human!
10. The "Do Not" List (Prohibited Uses)
Don't use our site to do anything illegal, mean, or creepy. No hacking, no spamming, and no using "bots" to scrape our data. If you play dirty, we’ll show you the door (and deactivate your account).
11. The Lawyer-y "Shields Up" (Warranties & Liability)
We provide this site "as is." We can't guarantee it will be 100% error-free or that the internet won't go down. To the fullest extent of the law, we aren't liable for any "incidental" or "consequential" drama that happens while using our services.
12. Breaking Up (Termination)
If you violate these terms, we can stop you from using the site immediately. Even if we part ways, the rules about intellectual property and liability still stand.
