The "Patience is a Virtue (But New Clothes are Better)" Shipping Policy

We know the feeling. You clicked "Purchase" and now you’re sitting by the front door waiting for the mail truck like a puppy waiting for its human. Here’s the lowdown on how we get the goods to your closet.

1. The "Hurry Up and Wait" (Processing Time)

We aren't robots, but we move pretty fast! Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Note: "Business days" means Monday through Friday. If you order at midnight on a Saturday while wearing a face mask and sipping wine, we’ll get to work on it first thing Monday morning.

2. The Grand Journey (Shipping Rates & Estimates)

We ship via USPS/UPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout—think of it as a little math test you don't have to study for.

  • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 7-10 business days.

3. Tracking Your Treasure

Once your order has stepped out of our boutique and onto the delivery truck, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click that link as many times as you want; we won't judge. It usually takes about 24 hours for the tracking info to actually start moving.

4. "Where Is My Package?!" (Lost or Damaged Goods)

Leopard & Lace Boutique isn't responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Pro Tip: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. It’s like a crime scene—don't touch the evidence!

5. The Address Test

Please, we beg of you, double-check your shipping address. If you accidentally send your new favorite outfit to your ex’s house because your "Autofill" is stuck in 2022, we can't help you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for the "oopsie" shipping fee to send it out again.
